This hat just kind of happened. I had originally planned on doing it black velvet, but I was itching to make it, and all I had was purple from an old skirt.
The hat blank is "Clio" from Truly Victorian.
The plumage consists of green coque feathers, a black ostrich plume and a few peacock swords.
